A growing Microsoft Solutions Partner with customers across the UK and Ireland is looking for a Business Central Developer to join their expanding ERP and Power Platform team. They work across a variety of industries including supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, field service, retail, fire & security, and deliver tailored Business Central solutions that drive real operational improvement.

About the Role

This is a developer‑first position, ideal for someone highly capable in AL development who is also keen to build stronger functional and customer‑facing skills. You’ll take ownership of technical delivery while having the opportunity to get involved in requirements gathering, workshop sessions and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality AL extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Contribute to both technical and functional solution design
• Participate in customer workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions
• Support integrations and automation using Business Central, Power Platform and related technologies
• Follow best practices across development, testing and deployment
• Provide post‑implementation support and help refine customer solutions over time
