Job summary
A leading research services firm is looking for a Receptionist and Information Clerk. In this remote contract position, you'll design relevant questions for AI training, translate front-desk operations, and validate AI outputs. Ideal candidates have strong front-desk experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role pays between $40 and $55 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week for 3–4 weeks.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working as a Receptionist or Information Clerk.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer.
Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions for AI training.
- Translate real-world front-desk operations into structured problem statements.
- Review and validate AI outputs for accuracy and realism.
