Job summary
A leading medical communications agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Client Services Director to lead high-value global accounts and shape business direction. This permanent, full-time position allows for fully remote working within the UK. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior client services role and excellent leadership skills. - Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agency.
- Strong experience across publications and/or medical affairs.
- Proven success managing global, high-value client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets.
- Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention.
- Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning.
- Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes.
- Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams.
- Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance.
