Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agency.
• Strong experience across publications and/or medical affairs.
• Proven success managing global, high-value client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets.
• Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention.
• Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning.
• Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams.
• Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance.
