We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our Innovation Team in London United Kingdom. - Assist in the design development and implementation of AI agents and machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and solve complex problems using AI techniques
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning algorithms
- Implement and optimise machine learning algorithms and deep learning models
- Participate in the entire machine learning pipeline from data collection to model deployment
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
- Contribute to the development of AI‑powered features and products
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of existing AI models and systems
- Document technical processes and maintain organised code repositories
- Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge‑sharing sessions
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field
- Programming skills especiallyPython with knowledge of R or Java being advantageous
- Experience with AI (Google Vertex OpenAI) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) or similar
- Understanding of Agentic AI architectures toolsets and approaches
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Understanding of AI / ML development tools / platformsalgorithms techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
- Experience with version control systems particularly Git
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrable passion for AI and machine learning through academic projects or internships
- Participation in AI competitions or hackathons is desirable
- Familiarity with natural language processing or computer vision is a plus
