Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding (European Projects)

Location : Projects across Europe

We’re recruiting for a well-established company known for delivering high-quality roofing and cladding packages on large, complex projects across Europe. They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and help drive successful project delivery.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring installations run smoothly, safely, and in line with the program. You will work closely with the Project Manager, maintain clear communication across the site, and make sure work meets the required quality standards.

Your role will involve :

• Managing daily site operations for roofing and cladding packages
• Coordinating labour, logistics, and sequencing
• Maintaining strong site documentation and ensuring H&S compliance
• Monitoring progress, reporting to the Project Manager, and addressing issues proactively
• Working closely with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team to keep the project on track

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing roofing and / or cladding works on construction sites
• Strong leadership skills and confidence managing teams
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle fast-moving site environments
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• A European passport is desirable but not required
