A specialist recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Locum Corporate Lawyer for a part-time role offering remote work. The successful candidate will assist with business sales, advise on corporate issues, and draft legal documentation. Key qualifications include being a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in corporate law. The position is for an initial 4 months at a rate of £70 per hour.
Venn Group’s specialist Legal team are currently recruiting for a Locum Corporate Lawyer to join a Local Authority on an initial 4-month assignment. This role offers fully remote working arrangements (other than collecting equipment) and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide specialist support on a range of business transactions.
Position: Locum Corporate Lawyer
Duration: Initial 4 months with the possibility for extension
Rate: Up to £70 per hour Outside IR35
Working Pattern: Part Time, 2–3 days per week (can do Full Time if needed)
