Locum Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Job summary
A respected legal recruitment agency is seeking a Locum Senior Commercial Property Lawyer for a remote role in the Home Counties. The successful candidate will manage regeneration projects and advise on commercial property work. Ideally, candidates should have experience in the public sector and the ability to handle a varied caseload. This role offers a competitive rate of up to £55 per hour for an initial 3+ month contract.
Qualifications
- An experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer.
- Experience of working within Local Authority or Public Sector organisations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and advise on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work.
- Advise and negotiate on projects involving external stakeholders and third party organisations.
- Act as a central point of contact for legal advice.

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Public Sector Organisation, based in the Home Counties, who are seeking a Locum Senior Lawyer to join the team on an interim basis.
- Prepare, negotiate, and advise on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
- Advise and negotiate on projects involving external stakeholders and third party organisations
- Act as a central point of contact for legal advice to colleagues within the organisation
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations
- An experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
- Experience of working within Local Authority or Public Sector organisations
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- The ability to attend the office is desirable, but not essential
Position: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella
Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension
Location: Remote – Occasional office presence is desirable
Hours: Full Time
