• 10 years of experience in operational risk, business continuity or operational resilience in UK insurance.
• Strong command of PRA/FCA regulations relating to operational resilience.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and BCP.

• Own and evolve the full UK Operational Resilience framework.
• Ensure timely and accurate PRA/FCA communications.
• Lead annual resource mapping across all IBS-related services.
