This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, driving the successful delivery of complex AI Agent deployments within the healthcare ecosystem. You will mentor, guide, and review the work of your team while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance delivery frameworks and enterprise-grade outcomes. The position combines hands-on leadership, customer-facing engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between delivery capabilities and customer expectations.
