Job summary
A recruitment agency in the City of London is seeking a skilled professional to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. Applicants should have prior experience in insolvency and strong communication skills. This role offers the option to work fully remote and provides mentorship from senior staff for career development. Competitive salary aligned with experience is available.

Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
- Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation.
- Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting investigations and asset realisations.
Skills
This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases within a supportive and experienced team environment. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to manage their own workload while having access to guidance and support from senior management when required.
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
- Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation
- Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders
- Conducting investigations and asset realisations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Supporting more junior team members (if at Senior Administrator level)
- Remote working - Option to work on a fully remote basis
- Broad case exposure - CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CLs, Bankruptcies
- Supportive team - friendly, collaborative, and experienced colleagues

- Prior experience working in corporate and/or personal insolvency
- Good working knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance requirements

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- CPI qualification beneficial but not essential
