Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Strategy Operations
We are seeking a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to operate as an embedded technical partner within the RevOps team. The role sits at the center of Webflow’s Revenue Organization and helps shape internal AI foundations and workflows across the customer journey. Activities span prototyping and experimentation to integration and automation in production environments, and include designing, implementing, and scaling initiatives on the internal AI GTM Roadmap.
If you’re a builder at heart who codes, thinks in APIs, and prototype with agents while understanding enterprise GTM complexity, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Build Custom LLM Automations & Agents for GTM: Design, build, and ship custom LLM/GPT apps that speed up GTM workflows.
- Architect AI System Integrations: Stand up scalable tooling that connects AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM, AWS Bedrock, Zapier, Workato, GCP, Pinecone, and more) to core tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Outreach.
- Translate GTM Pain Into AI Workflows: Map real GTM problems into intelligent, AI-backed automations while balancing user experience, scalability, and business impact.
- Own Full-Stack AI Builds: From prototyping with APIs & webhooks to internal cloud function deployment – own the full build cycle and enable system interoperability.
- Document & Enable AI Tools: Create docs, guides, and demos to help technical and non-technical users adopt, trust, and troubleshoot builds.
- Run AI Experiments at Scale: Lead hands-on R&D with context engineering, varying RAG inputs, lightweight model tuning, and multimodal tools to solve GTM challenges.
- Drive Ethical AI Practices: Track usage, flag risks, and support responsible evaluation as AI becomes embedded in GTM.
We also support you in identifying interests and development opportunities and help integrate them into your role.
