Overview

Interviewing November 2025. We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate Early Years Coach for our client, a Training Provider like no other. It is a rare opportunity for someone working within a Childcare setting to make the leap into coaching / tutoring.

Role details

These roles are aimed at Early Years professionals who want to make the leap into Coaching / Tutoring. Essential you have relevant experience or degree to back it up. This is a working from home role, allowing more time speaking to learners, helping, guiding and motivating, with less time spent in traffic. Although remote, you will be part of a team with tutors in geographical areas and a supportive management team. Expect to spend one day a month at Head Office (West Yorkshire) to share ideas and experiences with peers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and tutoring to Early Years learners, primarily remotely, with emphasis on guiding and motivating learners.
  • Share experiences to help others and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Collaborate with local tutors and management, and participate in one day per month at Head Office.
Qualifications
  • Early Years background, combined with an associated degree (or able to teach up to Level 5 EY).
  • Commitment and drive to deliver quality remote learning.
Compensation & benefits

Superb base salary starting around £25k, with up to £3k in performance-related bonuses, rising with service and experience, generous holiday entitlement, and additional benefits including substantial bonuses for completion of learners and signing up new ones.
