Location no issue - the role is based from home in the UK - occasional travel!

A Microsoft Teams Consultant (Microsoft Teams, Voice, Anywhere365/A365/AnywhereNow) is required by a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that's delivering cutting-edge Teams Voice and CCaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Day to day, you''ll engage directly with customers to design, architect, and deliver Teams-based Voice and Contact Center solutions.
• Design and deliver Microsoft Teams solutions with a deep understanding of Voice technologies - SIP, SBCs, and telephony integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Ribbon and/or AudioCodes.
• Work with Anywhere365/A365/AnywhereNow.
• Operate in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role.
