Senior Governance Associate - Professional Services
Job summary
A boutique professional services firm is seeking a Senior Associate for a remote Governance role with occasional travel to London. Key responsibilities include board support, client relationship management, and overseeing Diligent Entities. Candidates should be CGI qualified with 3-5 years of Governance experience and knowledge of the Companies Act 2006. The firm offers a flexible work environment and covers CGI memberships.

Senior Associate - Remote working with travel up to 4 times a month to London for meetings (expenses paid).

- Board support and minuting - Strong minute taking skills is a must!
- Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments / transfers / confirmation statements
- Formation of companies and other entities
- Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters
