Job description

Senior Associate - Remote working with travel up to 4 times a month to London for meetings (expenses paid).

Also Senior Manager role available.

Remote working Governance role with a supportive boutique professional services firm.

About the role :

• Board support and minuting - Strong minute taking skills is a must!
• Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments / transfers / confirmation statements
• Formation of companies and other entities
• Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters

About you :

CGI Qualified

At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK

Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006

Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities

In house / professional services experience within Cosec / Governance desirable

This role would be suitable for someone looking for great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team with a background in Cosec.
