A growing technology company in the UK is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide remote support as part of a part-time role. You will manage employee onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain IT documentation. Ideal candidates are proactive and detail-oriented, with interest or experience in IT systems and support. You will develop practical skills in an inclusive, flexible workplace that values diversity.
Remote – UK | 20 hours per week
At Wrangu, we’re passionate about enabling secure, compliant, and digitally empowered organisations. To support our growing team, we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and tech‑curious IT Support Administrator to take ownership of internal IT support and employee onboarding.
This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week) focused on helping new colleagues get set up for success, supporting day‑to‑day IT needs, and ensuring smooth running of our internal systems and assets. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their IT journey who wants hands‑on experience across enterprise tools and exposure to the ServiceNow platform.
You might have recently completed an IT qualification or have early hands‑on experience in support. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity and a proactive mindset.
Experience in helpdesk or tech support (internship, university project or lab work) is a plus but not required.
