Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Consultant for a 3-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Knowledge of ServiceNow including HRSD & ITSM modules.
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
