Job summary
A well-known retail chain in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to meet sales and service targets. The successful candidate will have prior retail experience and a passion for customer service. This role involves travel to various stores until placed in a specific location. - Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Store Manager to optimize stock range and availability.

Skills
Based: Unit 1, 120 Cheapside, London EC2V 7JB
Location: Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location until appointed into a store
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Up to £35,500, per annum

You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.
