Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring that planning opportunities are identified and pursued where appropriate.
• Provide suitable financial planning advice to internally and externally referred clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the firm's staff and partners.
• Participate in executing the firm's business development strategy both internally and externally.
• Contribute to the growth plans for the business through your responsibilities.
• Handle ad hoc client advisory and planning issues as they arise within your client portfolio.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Hold at least a Diploma qualification, ideally Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Planner.
• Have substantial financial planning experience.
• Proactively manage existing client relationships and develop new ones.
• Understand risk management issues.
• Contribute to business proposals and identify new business opportunities for the team.

This role is based out of our Poole offices and offers a hybrid working environment.
