We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Greggs bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and act as the right-hand person to the Store Manager.

Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.
