Job summary
A staffing agency is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for an ongoing assignment in Worthing. Successful candidates will operate automated machines within pharmaceutical manufacturing, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high product standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring processes and keeping documentation updated. A competitive pay structure is offered, with a starting hourly rate of £16.92 for regular hours and up to £24.68 for overtime. Applicants must have current manufacturing experience and strong teamwork skills.

After 12 weeks service with our client, you will have the potential to earn £18.80 p / h basic, with overtime at £24.68 p / h
My client is looking for several Manufacturing Technicians with current manufacturing experience who are available to start immediately.
Within this role you will be running automated machines to process multiple pharmaceutical products, which involves :
- Working within company guidelines / process
- Continually producing a consistently high standard of product
- Keeping documentation updated through the manufacturing process
- Monitoring the process from start to end
- Excellent Team Player with a can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to work alone or as part of a team
- Self-motivated and good at organizing your workload
- Proficient in completing accurate documentation
- Manual handling experience up to 25kg
