Job description

Gi Group is looking for experienced Class 2 drivers in Birmingham.

Class 2 pay rate: Monday to Friday £17 including holiday pay (PAYE only, no umbrellas).

Shifts

• 14:00 onwards start time available
• Monday to Friday, weekend shifts available

Duties

• 7–10 drops per shift
• Loading and unloading using tail‑gate, and pump/pallet truck
• Goods in cages or on pallets
• 10–12 hours average shift length

Requirements

• HGV2/LGV2 UK issued licence required – minimum 2 years experience
• Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Previous multi‑drop experience preferred
• Well presented and good customer service essential
• Willingness to load and unload using pallet truck
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, MS, TT, CU, DR or DD codes)
