• Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenheim)
• Accurately setting machines right the first time
• Carrying out self‑inspection of work to ensure quality
• Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques
• Maintaining alignment with company core values
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices
• Carrying out any other tasks in line with your skills and experience as needed
• Knowledge and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Understanding of 5S methodology

• Annual salary up to £35,226 per annum, depending on experience
• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Pension scheme: 8% combined contribution (4% employee, 4% employer)
• 39 hours/week, Mon‑Fri, with a flexitime system and early finish on Fridays
• Paid sick leave (after six months' service)
