Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Atherstone is looking for a Warehouse Operative to manage loading and unloading goods. The position offers various shifts, with a starting pay of £12.21 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift heavy items and have their own transport. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in warehouse operations. Permanent contracts are available after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Operations or similar roles is preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy goods manually.
• Availability to work weekends is necessary.
• Own transport to Atherstone is required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.
• Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker).
• Moving pallets and products within the warehouse.
• Participating in training provided.

Job description

Hours:

• 10am/2pm or 7pm starts available
• Average 8‑9 hours per shift
• 5 days on / 3 days off

Rate:

• Starting rate £12.21 for hours worked before 10pm
• £14.39 for hours worked after 10pm
• After 12 weeks £14.56 for hours before 10pm
• £15.99 for hours after 10pm
