We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Depot Operations Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with the Depot Quality Manager and Site Manager, responsible for administration in both the Transport and Operational areas of the depot.

1. Monitoring and reconciling automated payments for our self-employed drivers
2. Administering stocks of uniforms and stationery
3. Carrying out driver license and forklift truck certificate checks
4. Administering fuel stocks and orders
5. Conducting local operational quality audits and maintaining operational reports
6. Maintaining vehicle records, keys, service schedules, and defect/repair registers

To be considered, you should have proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role. Experience in transport or logistics industries is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong analytical skills with awareness of quality assurance and auditing
• Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Proficiency in G Suite / Microsoft Office programs
• High accuracy, self-motivation, and organizational skills
