What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.
• Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.
• Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.
• Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.
• Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
• Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.
• Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.

You'll be part of a diverse team with backgrounds across financial services, bringing comprehensive thinking and specialist knowledge to every programme. We take on the day-to-day management responsibilities, freeing our clients to focus on their strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

• Strong pensions consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of defined benefit pensions and regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record to lead complex programmes across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic relationship management, project / programme governance and reporting, risk and dependency management, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional qualifications such as APMI, FIA, PRINCE2, MSP or similar
