• The provision of providing cyber security services to the global M&A market
• Collaborating with M&A cybersecurity risk advisory and Aon Mergers & Acquisition & Transaction Solutions (AMATS) management in guiding, overseeing, and completing projects
• Achieving project budgets and client deliverables
• Continue to improve the solutions and professional practices of the team
• Contribute to client initiatives in the UK as well as EMEA
• Understanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of cyber risks across numerous industries (e.g. finance and insurance, IT and technology, infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, etc.)
• Understand and apply quality assurance standards to all project work
• Delivering across a range of Cybersecurity services including cyber due diligence, risk assessments and quantification, portfolio management, etc.

This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic and growing M&A Cyber Risk consulting team, where your work will directly support high-impact transactions across the UK and EMEA.

You'll be at the forefront of cybersecurity advisory, helping clients navigate complex risks in sectors like finance, technology, infrastructure, and healthcare. With exposure to a wide range of services-from due diligence and risk quantification to strategy and capability maturity-you'll gain deep, varied experience while working alongside industry leaders.

It's a role that combines technical challenge, client engagement, and the chance to shape innovative solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience in Cyber consulting in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls
• Broad Cyber knowledge across multiple domains with a specialism in one or more areas such as: Cloud Security, Operational Technology (OT), Software Development, IT and Technology, Third Party Risk Management, Identity and Access Management & Business Continuity and Incident Response
• Cyber experience within multiple industry verticals
• Experience and/or understanding of M&A and Private Equity
• Commercial awareness and adaptability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Awareness of cyber insurance placements
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Ability to optimally problem solve, influence and successfully interact with all parties
