Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the Bridges and Structures business strategy, aligning with overall RSGE and AECOM objectives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing the current project portfolio.
Team and Operational Excellence:
  • Lead a talented team of 350 professionals, ensuring a safe, engaged, and technically capable workforce.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment based on trust, respect, and open communication, with a clear focus on career development and mentorship.
  • Ensure effective internal communication, consistent progress reporting, and the seamless cascade of information throughout the sub‑sector.

  • Uphold the highest standards in technical excellence, safety, and quality, ensuring these priorities are maintained across all operations.
  • Promote work‑sharing initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support comprehensive governance and risk management measures.
Market Intelligence and Industry Trends:
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Actively participate in high‑profile industry events and engagements, positioning AECOM as a leader in the Bridges and Structures market.
