Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost/commercial management services.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC3/4 contract management.
• Experience in the Rail industry with understanding of GRIP or PACE.
• Ability to interpret commercial and financial landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost/commercial management commissions.
• Ensure commissions are managed efficiently and on budget.
• Accountable for the cost management of projects.
• Identify and monitor project risks and implement mitigations.
• Assist in managing stakeholders' interests.
• Provide required reports and attend project reviews.
• Establish cost/commercial management protocols.
