In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major incidents, including natural disasters, significant accidents, severe weather, and emerging global threats while assessing their impact on Netflix offices, employees, productions, and travelers. You will conduct real-time threat monitoring, triage critical alerts, and oversee all Everbridge-driven notifications and communications to ensure timely, accurate information reaches the right audiences.

This role is a full-time hybrid position, with three days onsite at Netflix’s London office and two days working remotely.

Essential Job Functions
  • Monitor real‑time global events and emerging risks using GSOC platforms, with primary emphasis on Everbridge.
  • Apply established reporting protocols to assess incident reportability, categorize severity, and elevate as appropriate.
  • Create, update, and close incident records in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring clear communication to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on requirements, priorities, and operational needs.
  • Provide timely follow‑up and status updates to requesting individuals and key stakeholders.
  • Develop Intelligence Insight Reports by researching and analyzing risk trends to support informed decision‑making.
  • Activate, coordinate, and support Incident Management Teams during crisis management calls.
  • Contribute to operational briefings, GSOC reporting output, and data/metrics tracking efforts.
  • Conduct social media monitoring and analysis to identify emerging issues, trends, or potential impacts to Netflix’s people, operations, and assets.
  • Deliver intelligence support across key security functions, including Travel Risk Management, Security Operations, and Executive Protection.
  • Provide risk intelligence support for crisis management, enterprise risk management, and geopolitical risk assessments.
  • Produce clear and actionable reports, briefings, and presentations to help reduce uncertainty and address priority intelligence requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency with Everbridge and its associated workflow tools.

  • Proven capacity to work effectively both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
