Salary: £26k (increase post probation) + Bonus

Due to internal promotion and growth, they are now looking for a dedicated and empathetic Insurance Advisor to join their team.

This is not about high-pressure sales it s about having quality conversations and providing exceptional service. You ll be working with warm, inbound leads from customers who need expert guidance in finding the right insurance solutions.

• Keeping accurate records to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Who we re looking for:

• Experience in an office-based role ideally customer service or internal support.
• Background in finance or insurance? Great, but not essential.
• A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Someone who s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team.
• A problem-solver who can offer reassurance and solutions to customers.
