We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This role will provide global HR support across multiple business areas. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders delivering a broad range of HR services and ensuring alignment with our global HR strategy.

Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across assigned business areas.

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.
  • Support talent development initiatives and engagement activities.
  • M&A Support
  • Partner with the HR M&A Lead to assist with integration activities including employee communications, policy alignment and coordination with in‑country HR teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition for employees impacted by acquisitions.
  • Business Support
  • Act as HR point of contact for defined business units supporting workforce planning, organizational changes and talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR solutions.
  • Global Coordination
  • Work closely with in‑country HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices.
  • Support global projects and contribute to harmonisation of HR processes across regions.
