A leading telecommunications tech firm in Tandridge is seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to support daily financial operations and light admin tasks across HR and ISO. Responsibilities include invoicing, reconciliation, VAT support, and payroll inputs. Ideal candidates will have AAT Level 2 or 3 qualifications and be proficient with Xero. Qualifications

• Minimum AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications are required.
• Experience supporting finance or accounting roles.
• Comfortable handling basic ISO administrative support.

Responsabilités

• Raise monthly and ad-hoc customer invoices through Xero.
• Carry out credit control and debtor chasing.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation in Xero.
• Process receipts, payments, direct debits, and purchase invoices.
• Manage staff expenses, petty cash, and credit card receipts.
• Prepare payroll inputs for starters, leavers, and monthly changes.
• Assist with quarterly VAT return preparation.
• Support month-end journals and basic management accounts tasks.
• Maintain financial records for audit and compliance.
