Your responsibilities in your role
  • Help with the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
  • Recruiting, screening and interviewing, hiring and dismissing employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
  • Helping with hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees.
  • Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  • Managing and supervising other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
  • Understanding and adhering to pertinent labor laws.
  • Assisting with developing training and development programmes.
  • Assisting with performance management procedures.
  • Scheduling and overseeing wellness and health programs.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with professional membership or a CIPD qualification.
  • Proactive and approachable HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in HR with a solid understanding of employment law, policies and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
