- Help with the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
- Recruiting, screening and interviewing, hiring and dismissing employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
- Helping with hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees.
- Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Managing and supervising other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Understanding and adhering to pertinent labor laws.
- Assisting with developing training and development programmes.
- Assisting with performance management procedures.
- Scheduling and overseeing wellness and health programs.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with professional membership or a CIPD qualification.
- Proactive and approachable HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in HR with a solid understanding of employment law, policies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
