A leading service provider is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Customer Service Manager. The role involves ensuring high customer service standards, managing team tasks, and overseeing client relations. Ideal candidates have strong customer relationship skills and experience in a commercial environment, along with excellent communication abilities. This position is vital to maintaining the success and aesthetic standards of the center.
As an Assistant Manager or Assistant Customer Services Manager (ACSM) at Orega, you play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service Manager (CSM) to provide top-notch service and meet customer needs. This hands-on position involves various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Centre.
