A creative social media agency in Greater London is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client services. You will manage a team to deliver high-quality social media campaigns and act as a key liaison for clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and possess exceptional communication skills. We are seeking an amazing Account Director to join our Client Services team. The role will cover various account management aspects including pitching new client programmes, delivering existing social campaigns and upselling to existing clients. You will act as a key liaison between the client and the internal Coolr teams to deliver world‑class social media programmes.
