Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  2. Drive talent development initiatives, including training programs, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
  3. Drive HR strategy and initiatives to align with business goals, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  4. Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic support and guidance on people management.
  5. Create and implement HR policies and programs that foster employee engagement and development.
  6. Deliver effective learning and development solutions to enhance skills and career growth across the organisation.
  7. Run employee engagement and retention programs to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
  8. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR needs, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end HR solutions.
  2. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  3. The ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  4. Understanding of payroll processes, employment law, and HR compliance.
  5. Talent development expertise, with experience creating and implementing learning programs that support employee growth and development.
  6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  7. Highly adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and managing change effectively.
  8. Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate HR challenges and address them with creative, practical solutions.
  9. A passion for people, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  10. End-to-end employee relations expertise, with a strong ability to manage conflict resolution, handle grievances, and ensure a positive, compliant workplace culture.
