We are looking for an ambitious and business-orientedHR Manager DACH (d/f/m).
What is your role?
As our HR Manager DACH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning the HR strategy with our business objectives. This role goes beyond operational HR; you will be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving initiatives that support business growth and employee development.
Your specific tasks include:
Strategic HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company goals, support organizational development, and drive change management.
Operational HR Management: Oversee HR administration across the employee lifecycle (e.g., contracts, onboarding, exits), ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Works Council Relations: Act as the primary HR interface for the German works council, maintaining constructive, transparent, and legally compliant cooperation.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Manage full-cycle recruitment and help position the company as an employer of choice through compelling talent attraction strategies.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our core values and enhances employee satisfaction and engagement.
Talent & Performance Management: Support leaders in identifying, developing, and retaining key talent, and facilitate processes such as succession planning and performance reviews.
HR Leadership: Act as a leader within the HR community by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our HR function in the DACH region.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Use data and KPIs to guide decision-making, identify trends, and support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
Your team
You will be part of the DACH Cluster Management Team and, work closely with a team of seven HR colleagues. You will also be supported by over 30 HR professionals across Kramp, giving you access to a broad network of expertise and collaboration opportunities.Your primary responsibility will be to partner with business leaders in Operations, Logistics and Commerce while ensuring alignment with the broader HR strategy for the region. By understanding the strategic goals of the business, you will align HR initiatives to support operational effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the DACH region.
Who are you?
For this job we have a couple of requirements:
Several years of hands-on HR experience (ideally 5+ years) in both operational HR and strategic business partnering, including support for both white- and blue-collar employee groups.
Proven leadership capabilities, including experience leading teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and acting as a role model for HR best practices.
Solid knowledge of local labor laws in the DACH region, with proven experience in applying them in practice, including constructive collaboration with works councils.
A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in a matrix organization or within a corporate group structure is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
A data-informed approach, using HR analytics and KPIs to support decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate company goals into effective people strategies.
