  • Support and coach managers on performance, employee relations, and development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business needs.
  • Oversee payroll processes in conjunction with finance.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Lead on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing financial services firm, as they look to add an HR Manager to lead their HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and drive strategic people initiatives while remaining close to the day-to-day operations.

The role:

As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and supporting the organisation's growth. This is a broad generalist role where you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and commercially aligned HR service across the full employee life cycle.

The main responsibilities:

  • Lead on all HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
