Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in conceptualising and executing creative solutions for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, and print assets.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth and development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative design techniques to enhance projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Serve as a key contributor in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, offering strategic insights and constructive criticism.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship across all aspects of design work, from initial concept to final execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding teams to successful outcomes.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
