Job Overview:

The Quality graduate role supports the QHSES group and works closely with their supervisor(s) to follow clearly defined goals and objectives related to existing processes and procedures. The role offers the opportunity to develop new quality and personal skills and will be continuously improved over time. The Quality graduate will perform selected quality activities, following existing processes and procedures to support and manage key quality platforms and activities.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduating in 2025 with a degree in engineering, business management, or related fields (open for the right candidate)
• Ideally some previous work experience through placements or internships
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills across all levels of employees
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the QHSES team in managing, monitoring, and reporting on key quality platforms and activities
• Complete assigned training and support related activities
• Assist in supervising the implementation of quality activities involving stakeholders
• Update and manage key quality platforms, projects, and initiatives with specific, measurable goals and timelines
