We are a trusted team of approximately 20 people, including 3 Partners, who work closely with clients that have assets all over the world but are UK resident. Each of their goals is different but overall, they are seeking solutions for either wealth accumulation or preservation.

In this role, you will be working on a portfolio of private clients, assisting with the delivery of financial planning advice, delivering high quality, professional services to clients at all times, and assisting with administrative and support responsibilities within the Financial Planning Team.

In addition, you will study towards the RQF level 4 Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning before completing the level 6 Advanced Diploma. Studying towards these professional qualifications, as well as learning from our team of specialists on a daily basis, ensures you are well equipped with the knowledge to help advance you through your career.

Training consists of a combination of courses at the tutors' offices, private study and regular exams, as well as on-the-job training. You will have paid study leave to support you in the run up to exams and all course and exam fees are paid for.

We have a genuine commitment to your development, offering you a closely supported and structured programme of tuition, provided by a top firm of external tutors. Internally, you'll be supported by a manager who will act as your mentor, a trainee buddy, partners, senior staff and a dedicated Learning & Development team.

As you progress through your training you will receive incremental salary increases as you hit various milestones in your qualification.

• Working on a portfolio of clients within the Financial Planning Team.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and research for meetings and advice to clients.
• Considering planning opportunities as they arise and produce suggestions for the consideration of senior team members.
• Recommending improvements to clients' records, systems and practices and assist as and when needed.
• Organising and running every assignment as effectively and efficiently as possible to the firm's standards and to ensure effective completion before review by senior team members.

• 2.1 Degree.
• 120 UCAS tariff points, or equivalent from 3 A-levels.
• Level 6 (B grade using the old system) in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• The right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the training contract.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritise workload and be self-sufficient; multi-tasker; problem solving skills.
• Displays ethical judgement.
