• Welcome participants as they arrive and ensure safety checks are completed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage bookings and referrals through email, phone, or self-referrals.
• Handle petty cash for travel expenses or small purchases and ensure proper accounting.
• Collect feedback from participants through surveys or follow-ups to ensure needs are met.
• Monitor security, including CCTV and control of access to restricted areas.
• Order supplies (stationery, refreshments) to keep the Hub well-stocked.
• Help ensure the Hub complies with Health and Safety and other guidelines by checking equipment and ensuring fire extinguishers and first aid kits are in place.

• A genuine interest in criminal justice and supporting rehabilitation.
• Ideally experience working on a similar project with vulnerable clients.
• Strong organisational and demonstrable admin experience.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a range of people.
• Criminology graduates or those looking to start a career in this field are encouraged to apply; some experience volunteering with ex-offenders or clients with similar support needs is advantageous.
