A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruitment Administrator fluent in French or German. The role involves leading European internship programs, managing the ATS, and sourcing talent. Candidates should have experience in recruitment within professional services. This position is office-based for 3 days a week and offers a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 plus a bonus.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French or German.
- Previous experience within a Professional Services firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead European internship programmes from end-to-end.
- Screen interns and manage onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Manage the ATS system.
- Source and engage new talent via LinkedIn.
- Lead and manage the firm's DE&I programme.

Bi-Lingual Recruitment Administrator - French or German
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus
City of London
Monday - Friday / 3 days in office
- Lead European internship programmes from end-to-end
- Screen all interns, set up interviews and manage full onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers within the business to identify recruitment needs
- Manage the company's ATS system ensuring all processes are correct and up to date
- Provide support and guidance to candidates who may need it
- Proactively source and engage with new talent via portals such as LinkedIn
- Manage all job postings to ensure that there is continuity throughout
- Lead and manage the firm's DE&I programme
- Lead and support diversity initiatives across offices
- Managing UpReach programmes
- Running work experience weeks
- Develop similar programmes in European Offices
- Fluent in French or German
- Previous experience within a Professional Services firm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience within a recruitment position
