Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of milk-cooling and dairy refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and resolve on-site refrigeration issues, minimising downtime.
- Liaise with farm clients to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
- Maintain accurate records of work, including service reports and compliance documentation.

We are looking for a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our client’s team, covering the West Midlands. In this hands‑on, on‑farm role, you will lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of dairy refrigeration systems, using your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of the agricultural sector, be able to communicate confidently with farmers, understand their challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
