Job summary

A utility services provider in Burton upon Trent seeks a Lead Gas Engineer to join their Emergency Response Team. You will be the face of the company, assisting customers with gas emergencies and ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in gas systems, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Must have a full valid driver’s licence.
  • Experience working within a gas environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first responder for emergency gas issues at customers’ homes.
  • Work with emergency services on behalf of customers.
  • Install, replace, and maintain gas meters for home and business customers.
  • Conduct gas safety regulation surveys and fitting cooker safety valves.
