Crem Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing business in Suffolk that relies on a smooth, well‑run warehouse and delivery operation to keep production moving and customers supplied. Role at a glance

Your core responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move goods between warehouse and production
- Ensuring materials flow efficiently to support daily manufacturing output
- Manual handling of goods up to 25kg as part of normal warehouse activity
- Maintaining a tidy, organised and safe working environment
- Acting as a relief delivery driver when required, covering UK‑wide routes
- Driving either a 3.5 tonne van or a 7.5 tonne vehicle if appropriately licensed
- Representing the business professionally when out on customer deliveries
