Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. Our client works on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million-pound developments and up to the value of £250m. • Work on a range of projects from small scale £1 Million projects to large scale £250 Million projects
• Design/work on projects within a variety of sectors
• Submission of planning/building regulations
• Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required
• Work as part of a small design/technical team

• Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work well as part of a design/technical team
• 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
• Good technical standard
• Vectorworks knowledge advantageous, however training can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD/Revit background
