About the Role:
A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their dynamic IT team. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting the firm's collaboration platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform efficiency and user experience.
Manage complex technical tasks and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven expertise in administering Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint Online and Teams) and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of collaboration tools and document management systems.
Experience with ITIL Service Management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with tools such as Kofax, PDFDocs, Adobe Creative Suite, and legal-specific applications like Litera Desktop.
Certifications such as M365 Administrator Expert or Professional Google Workspace Administrator.
