We are working with a leading clothing supplier to find a Senior Fabric Technologist to join their growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multi-product, while supporting innovation, quality, and sustainability initiatives.

As Senior Fabric Technologist, you will be responsible for fabric development and innovation across multiple product categories, including Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear. Act as a key liaison between design, sourcing, and buying teams to ensure fabrics meet aesthetic, quality, cost, and sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead seasonal fabric sourcing, development, and innovation.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure new and exclusive fabrications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and fabric testing to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Present fabric ranges aligned with trend forecasts and customer expectations.
  • Support sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and knowledge of eco-certifications.
  • Ensure visibility and traceability of all fabrics used across the business.
  • Manage fabric library and development tracking across global teams.
  • Provide technical support during product development and production.
